Flow for Fearless! Donation-Based Yoga Class
We are excited to share that we are building a partnership with a new yoga studio in Newburgh. Newburgh Yoga Shala has chosen Fearless! to be the beneficiary for their weekly Practice for a Cause on Sundays at Noon.
This is a pay-what-you-can, donation-based beginner's yoga class, meaning you can attend with a donation or for free.
What to expect: foundational practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation, all within a 60-minute long class.
We'll explore and practice together with the hope that you can take these practices with you to your personal practice and into your life.

About Jacquie, our Practice for a Cause Yoga Instructor:
I started practicing yoga in 2002 when I signed up for a PE yoga class. I immediately felt most at home (in life) practicing yoga, and later meditation. I've completed trainings with the Brooklyn Yoga School (where my understanding of yoga and its influence on my life blossomed beyond the asana practice to more of a happiness practice) and The Shala (where I met Bibi!).
I have held the role of yoga teacher for over 10 years now, and along the way added meditation guide. I also teach mindfulness at Google. Currently, I’m most interested in the intersection of mindfulness and racial justice. I’ve been blessed to learn from and be inspired by many, many great guides, mentors, and teachers, and I’m humbly eager to share what’s been shared with me.
Special thank you to Bibi Lorenzetti, co-owner of Newburgh Yoga Shala, who helped put this event together.
